To export a PDX file manually, proceed as follows:
1 From the main menu of !MC5, select Tools / Export contact data.
2 In the export dialog, click Save OFTP contact data as PDX file.
3 In the next step, you can customize your password, which will be saved to the PDX file. This password will be used when establishing a connection via OFTP with the partner. Note that you must use exactly the password specified here also in the partner account for the connection with the partner to whom you send the exported PDX!
4 Next, select for which connection types the required information should be included in the PDX file. Whether different connection types are available for selection, and if so which ones, depends on which modules you have licensed for data transfer.
5 Click Finish to save the PDX file. You can now send the PDX file saved in this way to your partner, for example by e-mail.
