For some connection !MC5 requires access to internet resources, such as CRLs, TSLs or update packages. For those connections usage of a proxy server can be configured here.
Use proxy for HTTP connections
Enables or disabled the use of a proxy server for HTTP connections. The proxy will only be used for HTTP connections when downloading update packages or downloading TSLs and during certificate verification when downloading CRLs or performing OSCP check.
Proxy settings
Host
Host name or IP address of the proxy server.
Port
Port used by the proxy server.
Authentication
Authentication method used to log on to proxy server.
User name / Password
User name and password for log on to proxy server. These are required depending on the selected authentification method.
